BCBA will meet with the client and conduct multiple interviews to determine their desired goals and interventions. The BCBA will then collaborate with the client and their team to create the treatment plan, train the team to increase consistency, communicate to evaluate progress and help increase consistency….and, most importantly…..offer reinforcement.
